Who are we
I'm Mark McKnight. For Over 30 years I've worked across some of the best-known hospitality names in Wales and the South West from large-scale openings and events through to single-site independents. I've run front of house and kitchens, sat in the boardroom, and everywhere in between.
I started McKnight Hospitality because too many good operators — people who genuinely know their trade — are being ground down by rising costs, staffing headaches and thin margins, with nowhere practical to turn.
Big consultancies want retainers most independents can't afford. Generic business coaches don't know the difference between GP% and a covers count.
